 For literacy this week, we had to choose 2 moments in New Zealand history that happened in November. 

I chose the Ballantynes fire and the Mount Erebus plane crash. Here are the infographics I made on Canva:

Maths, Ratio

 Today in maths we went out into the car park and, using ratios we counted the number of cars, SUVs, trucks, and other vehicles. We found that the ratios were: 

27:10:2:1

We may have got the number a little off because we didn't really understand the difference between cars and SUVs. 

We also had to find out the ratio of white cars to red cars. The answer was:

11:6
